Return Policy

1 Returns 

1.1 Change of Mind Policy:

Our change of mind policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind.

But you will be still cover with 1 year of warranty. If there is any problem and defect in the product (see below for details).

If the product is more than $50. We might charge 20% of restocking fees, in case of change of mind or if there is no fault in the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products 
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

1.2 Warranty:

 

All our products are covered with one year of warranty.

 

To be eligible, please sent us the email on inspiringnliving@gmail.com with pictures, videos and as much as possible information (for example your order number, name & address).

Our friendly team will help you out with the process.

You may need to return the item to our warehouse in Sydney.

1.3 DAMAGED OR WRONG Item:

 

If you received damaged or wrong item. To be eligible for a Damaged or Wrong exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. (Receiving mean when the tracking number shows delivered to your address).

 

To be eligible, please sent us the email on inspiringnliving@gmail.com with pictures, videos and as much as possible information (for example your order number, name & address). 

Our friendly team will help you out with the process.

You may need to return the item to our warehouse in Sydney.

1.4 Item Not Received:

Please read our shipping policy for the delivery time frame.

If you still not received the oorder within our shipping time frame.

Or the tracking number of your order is not showing any movement.

Please sent us the email on inspiringnliving@gmail.com with pictures, videos and as much as possible information (for example your order number, name & address). 

We will sent you another one as all our order are comes with the shipping insurance. 

2 Shipping Back Return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse in Sydney.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

3 Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product in 7 business days.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Once the payment is refunded you should receive it in 3 to 5 days. Depending on your payment method.

 

3.1 Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
